Zi Su
(Purple ): 60 days
if leaves are to be used; 40 days if shoots are to be used. Very
vigorous and productive. The plant is approximately 70 cm in height
with purple leaves. Great flavor. Also called Aka Shiso in Japan.
Qing Su (Green ):
A Japanese green variety. Green crinkled leaves with
fantastic flavor, mostly used for Sushi. Very productive. Also
called Ao Shiso in Japan.
