►As seed importation rules are
different in many countries, it is your responsibility to check your
customs for the entry requirements. We can't guarantee for your
customs entry. We can guarantee only that we will ship out your
order from our end. Phytosanitary Certificate is available for bulk
order only on request and at customer's own cost. We do not provide
phytosanitary certificate to customers in some countries.

Ltd. (AgroHaitai) limits its warranty to the full amount of the
purchase price of the seeds it sold. No other warranty or guaranties
or conditions expressed or implied of the merchantability, fitness
for particular purpose or others.

Descriptions and pictorial representations in advertising material
are intended for guidance only and do not constitute a warranty.
Buyer warrants that he/she is an experienced grower or seeds man.
New varieties should be tested for suitability before commercial
use.

Limitations of liability: the exclusive remedy for loss or damage
due to breach of the foregoing warranty for negligence or other
cause shall be limited to the purchase price of the seeds and shall
not include any consequential damages. Claims for defects in the
product must be presented to AgroHaitai as soon as possible to allow
AgroHaitai to investigate the claim and in any event within 30 days
after discovery.

No
return without prior consent and will be subject to a 15% restocking
charge if returned within 30 days after shipment. The seeds must be in
their original unopened package. No seed can be returned after 30
days from date of shipment. Refunds will only the cost of seeds (the
amount has reached our bank account ), no
shipping and handling charges to be refunded if any.
► All orders must be prepayed.
Order can be cancelled only with our prior consent and the payment
that has reached our bank account can be refunded, but 5-10%
cancellation fee will be charged.
