When your inquiry reaches us, you will be replied with a quotation and availability of the seeds by email or fax.

If you do not receive our quotation within 3 business days by email or fax, your contact information  you provided with us must be incorrect, thus we failed to get in touch with you. In that case, you have to  contact us to correct your contact information.

1, Telegraphic transfer: Both CAD and USD are acceptable.

2, Credit card: CAD and USD. Only visa and master card are acceptable.

1, If no phytocertificate needed, your order will be shipped within 3 business days after your confirmed payment.

2, If you need phytocertificate, the fee for the certificate will be charged and the order will be shipped 3 days after the certificate is issued. Usually it takes one to two weeks to get a phytocertificate.

►As seed importation rules are different in many countries, it is your responsibility to check your customs for the entry requirements. We can't guarantee for your customs entry. We can guarantee only that we will ship out your order from our end. Phytosanitary Certificate is available for bulk order only on request and at customer's own cost. We do not provide phytosanitary certificate to customers in some countries.

► AgroHaitai Ltd. (AgroHaitai) limits its warranty to the full amount of the purchase price of the seeds it sold. No other warranty or guaranties or conditions expressed or implied of the merchantability, fitness for particular purpose or others.

► Descriptions and pictorial representations in advertising material are intended for guidance only and do not constitute a warranty. Buyer warrants that he/she is an experienced grower or seeds man. New varieties should be tested for suitability before commercial use.

► Limitations of liability: the exclusive remedy for loss or damage due to breach of the foregoing warranty for negligence or other cause shall be limited to the purchase price of the seeds and shall not include any consequential damages. Claims for defects in the product must be presented to AgroHaitai as soon as possible to allow AgroHaitai to investigate the claim and in any event within 30 days after discovery.

► No return without prior consent and will be subject to a 15% restocking charge if returned within 30 days after shipment. The seeds must be in their original unopened package. No seed can be returned after 30 days from date of shipment. Refunds will only the cost of seeds (the amount has reached our bank account ), no shipping and handling charges to be refunded if any.

► All orders must be prepayed. Order can be cancelled only with our prior consent and the payment that has reached our bank account can be refunded, but 5-10% cancellation fee will be charged.
